Join us for the Governance and Africa Trade Development event series, an initiative by the Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT) designed to foster economic partnerships, financial integration, and sustainable trade development across Africa.

The first installment, “Banking in Tanzania,” will bring together industry leaders, banking executives, policymakers, and international stakeholders to explore opportunities for financial collaboration and investment.

The Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT) has brought together a host of members and stakeholders to improve the economic conditions for the benefit of both African countries and the global African Diaspora.

Global leaders are  currently engaged in public/private partnerships discussions  proposing aspirational alliances for economic growth utilizing CEBOT algorithms to influence scale and governance.

Business is global and the CEBOT is building a coalition of technology companies, Universities, Government and Investors to bring innovation to multiple countries in Africa.

Building trust through governed partnerships

CEBOT is in the process of engaging CEBOT Certified federal contractors who are SBA 8a Certified or have an active GSA schedule.  These companies, through the formation of a Contractor Team Arrangement or GSA Scheduled Contractor Team Arrangement, will work under a series of CEBOT Joint Ventures (JV.Exchange).

Government Certified Teaming Algorithms

The governance and due-diligence necessary for effective partnerships require trust. With over a decade of stakeholder research behind us we are now focused on developing inductive teaming arrangements that enable a robust research and innovation agenda.

Our partnership algorithm includes membership and the development of agreements that facilitate transnational relationships between our member stakeholders.

US Relationships with African Nations remain the new frontier for growth and joint partnership among US minority technology companies.  

Forging these relationships requires engagement time and trust.  

Africa is the preeminent emerging market attracting global investors from across all sectors including Information, Communications and Technology (ICT).  Public Private Partnerships (PPP), are gaining traction with many African country governments. PPP's are in their basic form a procurement method that seeks to utilize the private sector (Industry) to deliver a service that has traditionally been delivered by the public sector.

The Council Exchange Board of Trade is building a runway for a pipeline of ICT projects that are in demand and offer an opportunity for individual and institutional pay models.  CEBOT's research is focused on an Environmental, Social and Governance framework that mitigates risk and supports government's mission to become middle income countries.
