Building Trusted Networks

TM

The Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT) has brought together a host of members and stakeholders to improve the economic conditions for the benefit of both African countries and the global African Diaspora.

Global leaders are  currently engaged in public/private partnerships discussions  proposing aspirational alliances for economic growth utilizing CEBOT algorithms to influence scale and governance.

Reducing Risk, Unlocking Opportunities in Africa

CEBOT is structuring the Outcome Fund’s strategy through trusted governance, disciplined capital deployment, and international market access. As a 501(c)(6) association, CEBOT advances investment models that unite purpose and performance.

Our collaboration with Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania demonstrates this vision in action—building agricultural innovation hubs, cold storage infrastructure, and measurable trade outcomes.

CEBOT’s Outcome Fund strategy is designed to de-risk investment while maximizing impact. Through Governance-as-a-Service, we ensure transparency, accountability, and enforceable contracts. By linking capital deployment to verified performance milestones, investor exposure is reduced, and outcomes are measurable. Our alliance with Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania exemplifies this model: infrastructure and governance create a trusted environment where innovation thrives, trade expands, and returns are secured. This approach turns high-potential but historically undercapitalized markets into structured, low-risk opportunities for global investors.

This groundbreaking partnership is secured through a formal MOU, see University news release below.

Governance as a Service

Business is global and the CEBOT is building a coalition of technology companies, Universities, Government and Investors to bring innovation to multiple countries in Africa.

Building trust through governed partnerships

CEBOT is in the process of engaging CEBOT Certified federal contractors who are SBA 8a Certified or have an active GSA schedule.  These companies, through the formation of a Contractor Team Arrangement or GSA Scheduled Contractor Team Arrangement, will work under a series of CEBOT Joint Ventures (JV.Exchange).

Government Certified Teaming Algorithms

The governance and due-diligence necessary for effective partnerships require trust. With over a decade of stakeholder research behind us we are now focused on developing inductive teaming arrangements that enable a robust research and innovation agenda.

Our partnership algorithm includes membership and the development of agreements that facilitate transnational relationships between our member stakeholders.

Public Private Infrastructure Partnerships

Africa is the preeminent emerging market attracting global investors from across all sectors including Information, Communications and Technology (ICT).  Public Private Partnerships (PPP), are gaining traction with many African country governments. PPP's are in their basic form a procurement method that seeks to utilize the private sector (Industry) to deliver a service that has traditionally been delivered by the public sector.

The Council Exchange Board of Trade is building a runway for a pipeline of ICT projects that are in demand and offer an opportunity for individual and institutional pay models.  CEBOT's research is focused on an Environmental, Social and Governance framework that mitigates risk and supports government's mission to become middle income countries.
