ReadinessWorks Horizons Fellows at DIT

The ReadinessWorks Horizons Fellows at DIT program is a student opportunity designed to identify and engage high-potential DIT students in a growing platform for AI, cybersecurity, innovation, research, and workforce development. It sits within the broader Digital Horizons Alliance, a strategic collaboration between DIT and CEBOT built to expand workforce capability, strengthen institutional capacity, and create pathways for applied learning and digital leadership in Tanzania.

Submitting this form expresses your interest in being considered for the ReadinessWorks Horizons Fellows at DIT program. Submission does not guarantee selection. Final selection is guided by the DIT–CEBOT Alliance Joint Working Group.

It is an early-stage fellowship pathway for students who want to grow through high-impact learning, practical exposure, and future-ready leadership opportunities. The broader alliance is designed to advance certification programs, applied research, innovation hubs, consulting pathways, and institutional capacity building. For students, that means access to a platform intended to support skills development, participation in pilot activities, and future opportunities tied to Tanzania’s digital economy.Within just a few weeks, we saw a noticeable increase in conversions and overall growth.
