An organic “Innovation Community” proof of concept is developing across the country by a set of organizations.  Aligning in part through specific partnership algorithms that couple institutions and people that have an interest in researching, producing and using workforce systems that marry human capital to high growth high demand ICT jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Innovation in Motion is part of an industry focused, design based, applied research framework that studies how best systems connect and improve in public good ecosystems.  Workforce systems are best envisioned with stakeholders including employers.  Industry allows for multiple businesses and community partners, all sharing in the outcomes.

Given the great number of Minority Technology Companies (estimated at 65,000 employers with combined annual revenues of $100 Billion), leveraging geography, our joint capacity to scale and our capacity to agree, will ignite new capabilities transforming this already fast-growing marketplace into a powerhouse of job creating opportunities.

The Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT) is mission driven to provide our members with the kind business value that increases both profit and success.  CEBOT’s membership is intentionally diverse and includes government, K12, higher education, non-profits/NGO’s and business large and small with a focus on the Minority Technology Industry.

CEBOT  brings applied research & development to growth algorithms that catalyze regional innovation ecosystems, stimulating economic development and uplifting minority business and community.  CEBOT leadership and Senior Fellows bring new capabilities, investment and research capacity to the minority technology industry and to the stakeholders they serve.
